Bull Creek Ranch Fall Wedding Photography | April + David

This fun loving couple shared their beautiful fall wedding day with their family and friends at Bull Creek Ranch in Asheville, NC. The love, laughter, and sweet tears were abundant, and were the perfect complement to their big day. 

While getting to know April and David throughout their wedding planning process, I quickly learned that they find fun in everything they do. Knowing this, I was extremely excited for their wedding day, because as you know, I’m all about having fun, too! From the whooping during the ceremony, to the shouts across the property during couples photos, and to all of the laughter and fun at the reception, April and David’s big day was truly the definition of a fabulously fun wedding day! 

When I arrived at Bull Creek Ranch the ceremony space was set overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, the reception tent was in the center of the property in the warm sun, and many worker bees were placing final touches around the property. The cool air was blowing through these areas rustling the leaves on the quickly changing colorful trees, and guests were beginning to arrive. 

As I walked the property saying hello to all I passed I could feel the excitement and readiness for the ceremony in each person I spoke to. Everyone was there to witness and support April and David’s union, and were looking forward to celebrating them as husband and wife. 

During the ceremony there was much laughter, some silly faces, sweet looks, and even a few tears. It was easy to see that April and David share an incredibly deep love for one another, and that they could hardly contain their excitement! After a few short minutes they were announced for the first time as husband and wife, among grand cheers and celebration. It was a beautiful moment and I was honored to capture it! 

After the ceremony, April, David, and I took some time to walk the property and capture couples photos. Bull Creek Ranch is a gorgeous property with much to offer. The long tree lined lane, the chestnut grove, the pond, and path along it, were all breathtaking in the late day sun. We took our time sharing stories and laughter, and capturing the beauty of April and David’s bond. 

Throughout the rest of the day April and David shared their love and fun with guests. From kind words of thanks and many hugs, to hours of dancing at the reception, everyone at this wedding had a blast!
