Fall Wedding Photography at Hawkesdene in Andrews, NC | Carissa + Andrew Wedding Photos Preview

This wedding weekend here in the mountains sure was feeling like fall with the cool temperatures and the first sight of changing leaves. The perfect addition to this very fall weekend: Carissa and Andrew’s wedding at Hawkesdene in Andrews, NC! It was a wonderful way to kick off October and was so much fun! They had the most precious first look, a beautiful ceremony filled with laughter and tears, and the most amazing sunset photos!

Carissa and Andrew had been planning their Hawkesdene estate wedding for almost two years, and it showed! All of their details came together perfectly. From Carissa incorporating her mother’s bridal bouquet into her own beautiful arrangement, to their fun guestbook idea, to bringing their pets along for their wedding weekend, it was all so incredibly thought out and executed!

Another thing about their wedding day that I loved, was their first look! Carissa and Andrew took time to think about where they wanted to have their first look, and added a sweet little moment to it. When Carissa approached the fountain area at Hawkesdene for their first look, she walked up and hugged Andrew from behind so that they could have a first touch, first talk, and a first look, all wrapped into one beautifully long moment!

From their first look forward, Carissa and Andrew were inseparable. I consistently caught them standing hand in hand or with an arm around the other as we took wedding photos with the wedding party before the ceremony, during the welcome speech, throughout the reception, and more. They shared their sweet looks, cute funny faces, and big happy smiles with one another all day!

Carissa and Andrew shared an incredibly beautiful day with their family and friends, including their furry family members! I love it when couples include their best furry friends. It makes their big day even sweeter!
