Morgan and Patrick said “I do!” in front of their family and friends at The Farm in Candler, NC on the most gorgeous fall day! Their beautiful and colorful wedding was full of incredible joy and love, and I loved capturing it all!

Fall weddings are amazing for the obvious reasons- cooler weather and fall colors. One of my favorite things about fall weddings though, is how the sun sits lower in the sky all day, and creates such beautiful light! At Morgan and Patrick’s wedding two weeks ago, the light was absolutely beautiful and a little extra golden all day. You can see that in their photos. It’s beautiful!

As you hear many photographers say, golden hour at sunset is ideal for the soft, dreamy light we all love. The sunset light on Morgan and Patrick’s wedding day was extra dreamy this time of year, with the mountains blocking the golden sun as it went down, and the sky bouncing it back at us. It was truly magical! When Morgan and Patrick danced in the open field during their couple’s wedding photos, it was like no one else was around and it was so incredibly perfect!

Throughout Morgan and Patrick’s wedding day at The Farm, there was a rich feeling of support. From Morgan’s bridesmaids helping her into her wedding dress and tiara, to the hidden sweet smiles from family and guests during the ceremony and cocktail hour, it was a lovely feeling to witness and be a part of. The smiles and love never stopped!

During the reception, guests mingled, celebrated with the couple, and even shed tears during the special dances. There was a lot of amazing energy in the event hall that night, and it was all so incredibly magical!

Morgan and Patrick chose an absolutely perfect weekend to get married near Asheville, NC, and it was truly an honor to be a part of their big day! Congratulations again, you two!
