Biltmore Estate Engagement Proposal Photography | Leslie + Andrew Session Preview

Y’all, this proposal at Biltmore Estate’s Spring Garden brick tunnel in Asheville, NC was absolutely beautiful, and such fun to capture! The planning, the reaction, and the big “YES!” were all so amazing!

Andrew contacted me only a few days before his and Leslie's trip to Asheville, and I am so grateful that I was available to help with this big surprise! While talking to Andrew, we quickly set a time and location to meet. While we were talking, I could tell in his voice that he was very excited about asking Leslie to spend the rest of her life with him. It was the sweetest!

As Leslie and Andrew made their way to the Spring Garden brick tunnel at Biltmore Estate for their proposal, I saw them coming. Andrew was taking his time meandering along the pathway with Leslie, casually pulling her in my direction with his body language. Once they passed me on the pathway and got near the tunnel, Andrew quickly stopped, kissed Leslie and spoke lovingly to her, then dropped down on one knee. As you can see in the photos, Leslie was shocked! Her reaction to Andrew's proposal was absolutely amazing! She was completely surprised and utterly stunned by it all! She even turned to me right after Andrew asked his big question and exclaimed "Are you here for us?!"

After the proposal, we took some time to walk through the gardens and capture engagement photos, and these two were a hoot to hang out with and photograph. They have SO much fun together and it shines through in their photos! My cheeks seriously hurt from smiling and laughing only 10 minutes into our session!

I LOVED this couple's pure joy and excitement during our time together. They were a blast to be with!
