This beautiful new baby was wide awake for her newborn photos and LOVED being in her Mom and Dad’s arms during this photo shoot in the studio. She looked into their eyes, snuggled with them, and was such a sweet babe for us all!

Baby snuggles with Mom and Dad are one of my favorite parts of a newborn photo shoot, which explains a bit why I love capturing lifestyle newborn photos. I adore seeing the interactions between all three of them, and love capturing this sweet time for every family! It’s truly a special time and it’s absolutely precious!

For this Asheville, NC newborn photography session, we met at the studio. The natural light there is always amazing with the big double window, light neutral walls, and light accent pieces. For Ember’s newborn photos, it was no different. Even though a storm was rolling through right as we started our photo shoot, the big double window provided perfect soft light on this gorgeous new baby’s features!

We started our session with lots of snuggles as Ember got settled into the new space. Both of her parents took every moment in as I asked them to hold her close and love on her. Of course they loved all the snuggles, and they were both so natural with her already! It’s so very heart warming to see new parents gush over their new baby! I love it!

As we worked our way through the session, Ember settled in and we captured some photos of her by herself. She was wide awake and shared her beautiful eyes with us, along with her personality. As she contently hung out by herself, I could tell that she’d still rather be snuggling with her parents. Isn’t that the sweetest?

We ended our photo session with more photos of the three of them, happy, together, and totally in love.
