Y’all, this amazingly gorgeous and love filled wedding at The NC Arboretum in Asheville, NC still has my heart! Autum and Joe are such a fabulous couple, and they shared their big day with their closest friends and family in the open air here in the mountains. We had a beautiful early summer day with warm temperatures, soft light, and chirping birds. I loved seeing these two so happy, and I am delighted to share their wedding photos with you!

On the day I met Autum and Joe for the first time, we took their engagement photos at Warren Wilson College, which is an important place to their relationship. At that very first meeting, I knew right away that they were a perfect match for each other. I could quite literally feel the joy and love they share, and they were extremely comfortable together right from the first shot of my camera. They snuggled in close, shared inside jokes, and were so stinking cute together! It was such a treat for me to photograph their love that day.

Their wedding day was exactly the same. It was filled with joy, love, snuggles, and more inside jokes. It was also filled with their favorite people, lots of hugs, a few happy tears, and tons of overwhelming love and support. I felt a lot of the same feelings that I did during their engagement photos, but it was much more pronounced with all the love and joy from others that surrounded them. It was truly magical!

Throughout their wedding day, Autum and Joe were inseparable. During their wedding photos they always held hands or stood close, even while we walked to different photo locations at the arboretum. At the reception, I always caught them sitting together as they talked with friends, or dancing together with others on the dance floor. It was so sweet and such a beautiful sight!

One of my favorite parts of Autum and Joe’s wedding day was how they shared their first dance and song with their guests by having the guests join them on the dance floor. From this first dance, to dancing the night away under the stars, it was such a dreamy evening and the most perfect wedding!
